Pink casino Help
#1
So just now I deposited £500 into pink casino online site. Got a £150 first deposit bonus and £10 bonus for something else. Had a little play then noticed the £10 one was £6000 wagering requirement. Erm no I'll be cancelling that bullshit!

Then noticed my £501 balance is now £0 so figured this was a technical issue and dived into the live chat

The lady then proceeded to inform me that all bonus's and deposits are tied until the wagering requirements are reached and any cancellation I will lose any funds. So basically they have stolen £500 from me and not in the usual way that I don't mind them stealing my cash from me!

Has anyone else ever had this? Im planning on taking this further and any Help and advice would be greatly appreciated

Sorry to hear this Fenso - I've always been under the impression that as soon as you start wagering/playing with a bonus you are then bound by it's rules although from what you've said it's a little harsh to basically remove your whole initial deposit. If you cancel the bonus before you start playing then you shouldn't lose anything at all.

Is there anyone higher up you can direct a complaint to?

Go on Casinomeister dude, if anyone can help you with online bonus issues, they can.

it will be 40 x the 150 bonus, just play it through 3% of 6k is only 180 (if slot is 97%) so if you was going to play it isn't too big a deal?
surprising how the wagering can get done even at about a pound a spin....

was gonna say the same thing about CM . was lookin through casinomeister for some sorta relation.
one thing i didn't like to see was the '' pinkcasino refuses to communicate with anyone other than the player itself''
that tenner was obviously the ''free tenner bonus'' . the terms on that shitty site state '' This offer is only available to new members of Pink Casino.  If a player chooses to select "No Thanks" to this offer, it will not be available again.''  obviously they would love that to be added to any form of deposit, making wagering impossible.
How they can try to bend you over for a 500 deposit due to that though is fuckin outragous.  despite pretty much knowing someone would of had that problem and mentioned it on the site, my drunk eyes can't find much info in regards to similar situations atm.

£10 is the one I cancelled. I'd had a little play Before I thought to check the wagering requirements of the £10. I thought i'd have no problem wagering that originally! i feel like I've completely been scammed here.
The £150 bonus is not the problem

Casino bonuses are an absolute joke these days, keep increasing and increasing the amount of the bonus whilst also making the wagering ridiculous.
Basically the idea is on such a high wagering you're bound to hit a dry patch then gamblers mentality hits in you up stakes lose the lot then carry on with more of you're own money at high stakes!

Get on Casinomeister or get someone to raise a PAB on your behalf.

This industry is getting flooded with new sites these days and a lot of them are crooked, with counterfeit games and unfair terms and conditions.  I'm not saying that this is one them but I believe it really is best nowadays to stick with well-known established sites that you can trust.

I hope you get your money back mate, but by the sounds of it you might be in for a struggle Sad

Ill only take my free vip credit on slotboss, as its just x1 wagering requirements.

It's about time they did something about all these online casinos, millions of them popping up everywhere, all of them quick to take your money but F U trying to get anything out of them!
The gaming industry is going down the pan...."amusement" machines are shit, scratchcards are shit, the lottery's been changed to make the odds sooooo poor it's a waste of money, bookies opening everywhere....ughhhhhhhh! I'm quitting this stupid rubbish after just being made redundant, money is for me to spend on stuff now not filling a cash box in a machine that you have no chance of winning on!
Hope you get your money back but watch out about signing up to terms and conditions next time ;)

I got a free £5 on kerching got the balance to over 400, wagering was met...but in terms and conditions max withdrawl from bonus was £100 quid,so ok no problem,I withdraw that,in my account the following day,I make my first deposit, hit wagering and withdraw over 300, deposit was only 10 btw, great experience for a relatively new casino, not all are bad...id reccomend them to anyone customer service was all but perfect,no verification or anything, and also kept giving me free bonus's that where all withdraw able, check wagering first if u accept any bonus,I won't accept them anymore as this occasion with kerching was obviously pure luck,a 140 win on rhino for a 40p stake...few medium wins after on spinata grande and then a huge 240 odd off Jack and the beanstork for 40p...hours litterly entertainment for peanuts spent, wish I'd spent 3k in a fobt for a 500 max payout ???...not!..each to there own tho Smile miss u Sam

suprised you was allowed to withdraw that other 300 playford tbh. Don't know that site well but am pretty sure most of them would of said that the max withdrawal limit was already taken from the free fiver & that the remaining amount wouldn't be withdrawable, so was wondering if perhaps maybe they overlooked that (wouldn't be the first time that's happened to someone).
Just hit another £260 for 9p bet on Dead or alive myself. unfortunately decided to spend the last 4 hours afterwards until now wagering a 100% bonus @35x bonus WR on breakdabankagain at 9p stake... biggest win being £5 during all that time :O  .  i know BDBA very high varience & is and around 95 - 95.5% rtp, unlike DOA being something like 96.5 - 96.9% ( & with its potentiial obviously being why it's blocked from playing with bonuses on many sites.. but not all ::)) .    only deposited £12 myself mind, with a 100% bonus.  12th time now have hit over £250 for that bet size on that game. BDBA & the rest of the MG slots can go fuck themselves from now on, they won't get another penny from me..  as for rhino, cba with that fucker either ;d
But yeah, was very suprised to read you was able to take the other 300.

Must get some sleep. assumed the £300 you got was the £300 left over from the £400 you won from the free fiver & that you withdrew that after depositing, rather than being a new deposit which then turned into another 300.  doh.

Should just stick to a couple of regular sites, fuck new player bonuses at other sites. 90% you won't meet wagering and even if you do you might get hassle withdrawing. I only generally play at verajohn or leovegas.

Possibly slightly annoying and obvious comment given the circumstances, but I only play at Casinomeister accredited casinos.

LeoVegas, Mr. Green, Casumo pretty much cover every single game out on the 'net.

If there is a problem at an accredited casino, Casinomeister can take it up on your behalf, and they do have a lot of influence.
