No. I for one only drink alcohol in pubs, if yer going in there regularly with your half a coke your asking for trouble. But im not a professional. Couldnt drink enough to make thousands would need 'time off' anyway. Can just imagine these pros when they get their note mechs.. Good luck getting yer 100+ on your water. Ive thought yeah if i can make 30 quid a time great but yer never gonna stop at 30up and your gonna have days when your never up. Day 1 + 30 day 2 +30... 180up by sat, loose 300 on sunday. With the cost of living ten grand aint gonna cut it too.

Lol I don't think he was suggesting £30 as a target, just making the point that just £30 profit a day equates to around £10k annually.

With discipline and willingness to travel I think you can definitely still make plenty but it's increasingly difficult to rely on things.

Yeah i know he wasnt. But there really isnt anything out there. And you can only go so far before someone says those 3 little words..
Are you local? Or havnt seen you around before. Which can even happen in quite a local pub

If you've got a car and are disciplined and patient, it's still quite easy to make consistent money

Wouldnt say its easy. Not with the shit thats out these days, the note errors, petrol being expensive, etc. Im no player so maybe im wrong, but thats the impression I get.

All about disipline and whatnot, but for example could be trying for a board on 3 machines. All cost 10+ for a shite nothing back board as they are dead, so already 30+ down, and no chance (well very slim) of some spawn, like a gatw or cob during your day, which im sure helps even the best of players. Then theres the machines that royally take the piss and you end up 100s down. Suddenly you need to make 100s just to break even and without the decent playables/flukey cobs it makes it very hard. Yeah theres still some methods/playables/casuals filling up the machines, but surely any player will admit its getting much harder than it used to be?

I reckon your toastie you put 80 into was a fair chance of getting back on without anyone "doing it"?

£80 is annoying but my £190 just made me think of how can I really be that unlucky! Think I have only ever put over 200 to get one once.

I ended up playing a keybet because I was pissed off and couldn't be fucked to do anything else, left at 21.25 with 130 since last key to be 240 down for the day, probably won't even go back for it (325) once I have had some sleep, you know when luck is against you it will be another full day probably without even getting it. Very painful clockwise 5 for the pot at about 21.15, makes me feel sick when I mutter to myself like Timmy that it's cheated me! Sad

Nah I like to keep boredom killers for my own backup, if someone gets them I don't want to "Sesh" so be it ;)

Or is the clockwise 5 a sign you can "empty" them or do you just want the key value because it's well past due? lol

Do you keep a tally? How many thousands did you make in 2017?

It's got to be soul destroying forcing betclones for an average £20 profit all day every day, and occasionally finding a playable.

Wow I can barely remember posting this. I don’t keep a tally these days and let’s just say my fruit playing is slightly more part time than it used to be. 2017 was ok it’s probs my least profitable year to date though. If it wasn’t for the emergence of power ups and an empty I was on at the beggining of the year It mite of been worse

theres some utter filth out there these days, and I mean filth, but we are all guilty of playing them! (sometimes anyway).

Oh, I understand you... I can't say that I'm an extremely heavy player, I've never lost really great amount of money because of my games but anyway I'm an addict in case of gambling. In my case it started from playing in card games, later I found great interest in casinos and lotteries and in general it became smth like a big hobby for me. I have various interests except from this one but only gambling gives me such unique pleasure which can't be compared with smth else, well you guys can understand me. I still play lotteries even considering that I've never been lucky with them and I adore online casinos http://casinope.com/ which in my case are even more addictive than live ones. I always have a special budget for this my guilty pleasure and I try to keep my limits, however it's really hard sometimes, especially in case of casinos. Anyway I spend in general rather much money for all these things and I win rare like many other players. I understand that it's not very good and is mostly just a waste of time and money but I can't do anything with this addiction. It's that feeling of illness you mentioned.
But anyway I'm not going to do anything with this till I can control myself.
